My name is Zack Snipes, a James Island resident and former college baseball player. I have been away from the game of baseball for the past ten years, pursuing my current career. I recently realized how much I miss the game and how much knowledge I have that needs to be shared with today's up and coming athletes. When I was in high school, I took pitching lessons, and it drastically improved my pitching style, confidence, how I played the game, my performance in school, and outlook on the game. I want to share the lessons both on and off the field that I learned during my career. I want to transform how your athlete pitches, carries himself, thinks about the game, and approaches the game. I will work with your athlete on pitching mechanics, pitch development and selection, and strength. I will develop individualized drills, conditioning, and strength plans tailored to your athlete. I would also like to work with your athlete on developing soft skills such as confidence, mental toughness, time management, and school-sport balance.
