IMportant Haunted House dates...
Friday Sept 21st - players and potential players
immediately after school in the cafeteria
🎃Candy bag stuffing for the Homecoming parade
each player is asked to bring a bag of individually wrapped Halloween candy/snacks
this should take about 30 minutes

Friday September 28th - players and potential players
immediately after school in the Greenbriar Center parking lot near Total Wine
🎃Homecoming Parade
Players with shirts from last year should wear their shirts
We will have pizza and shirts for the returning and potential players
It's hard to say how long this will take but a guess is about 1 1/2 to 2 hours
players will get picked up near the football field entrance

Monday Oct. 1st at 7:30p - parents
🎃Mandatory Parent Meeting
in the CHS cafeteria
This will not take more than 1 hour. Pinky Swear!

Friday October 12th - parents
9am to noon
🎃Shed organizing
We pull out the decorations and label everything to make setup easier
There will be coffee and donuts and Diet Dr. Pepper. :)
Please don't wear anything too nice

Monday Oct. 22nd - players - TICKET MONEY DUE
🎃Players turn in money to their coaches

Friday Oct. 26th - parents, players, and potential players
Immediately after school
🎃Haunted House setup - this is ALL HANDS ON DECK
Players will move all items from the shed to the cafeteria
Parents will setup the haunted house
Players can stay to get volunteer hours and help with decorating
