Good rule of thumb - vegetables should take up half (if not more) of your plate when having a meal. Brussel sprouts and red cabbage go well together!

Who doesn't love a little trail running with exercises sprinkled in? Josh and I doing some pistol squats on a rock. A good alternative to always being in the gym. Get outside and enjoy the weather!
