Maple seeds are said to be a tasty and nutritious snack. While raw seeds may taste slightly bitter, cooked seeds have a sweet flavor. They're easy to collect if you have a tree in your backyard or are out on the trail, and can be eaten raw, roasted, or boiled.

Family affair.

ALS effects a lot of people. This disease takes those people as prisoners. I pray research finds a cure. When my father was diagnosed with ALS I googled and found a resource to help guide me. Thank God there are sites and associations like these to help families like us.
