PRAXAIR Internship 08/27/2012

This summer I participated in an internship at Praxair. I was invited to tour 6 different departments and choose one. I decided to work in the metals, fabrication and welding lab because it was COMPLETELY out of my comfort zone. My 2 week internship turned into 8 weeks. From conceptualization to fabrication and every step inbetween.... we decided to build our own version of a Go-Kart. Here are some of the steps we took. It is about half done and we only have a few weeks left. Down to the wire.... wait and see how it turns out!
