*Jr. Girls Race – If you notice on the schedule, the Jr. Girls race goes off the same time as the Sr. Girls Open which is the Sr. Girls JV. These two divisions run the same race together but the Jr. girls results are separated out after the end of the race. Jr. girls will therefore be in the same race with high school girls, but are actually only competing against the other Jr. girls in the race. However, you will not really be able to tell what girls are Jr. High and what girls are high school. This will be a huge field of runners, and you may think you are too far back in the race to make a difference, but in fact you may be doing really well In the Jr. division. Get the best possible place you can.
This year's event will be chip timed by Cody Branch of Flash Results. Chips will be issued on race day only. Each runner will be required to wear an electronic chip which will be zip tied to his or her shoelace. At the conclusion of each race, the chips will be collected.
