All Communities welcome. Free for walkers. Classes and weight room memberships. The goal is that the programs offered through CCFC will be self-supporting.

In June of 2002, $1,500,000 was dedicated to renovating the Columbia Central High School Auditorium and adding a Community Fitness Center onto the current high school. The focus of the new Columbia Community Fitness Center (CCFC) has always been on "community" usage. The Board of Education and Administration are pleased that this facility is available for the residents of the Columbia School District to take advantage of and enjoy.

Kathy's Silver Sneakers classes will be changing beginning October 14th. Saturday will now be Yoga from 10:15am -11:15 and Friday will be the regular Silver Sneakers class that was on Saturday. Friday's class will be from 10:15-11:00.

A bunch of changes are coming to the schedule. June 22nd will be the last day for Andrea's Strength class on Thursdays. Starting Thursday, June 29th Bonnie will teach Spin at 7:45am for Andrea's spin class moving forward. Andrea will teach Circuit Strength beginning Monday, June 26th at 8:30am. Leigh is back and will teach Yoga Stretch beginning Monday, June 19th at 9:30am. If you have any questions please let me know or stop in at the front desk for an updated schedule.

Beginning June 19th until August 1st the CCHS Football team will be using the weight room from 9:00am-10:30am. Public is still able to use the weight room however machines may not be available.
