With many ACT tests happening tomorrow, there are a lot of tips circulating about how to prep. At this stage in the game, it's all about getting into the right state of mind.

Here are a few things your teen can do to get in the "zone" for tomorrow:

🚲 Get exercise to relieve stress and get a high-quality sleep.

🎒 Pack your bag the night before, and don't forget a snack.

⏰ Set your alarm to get up a little early so you're not late.

🍳 Eat well so you can stay focused during the test.

📗 Stop studying. Try some light reading or brain games instead.
