Hey Robie Creek runners! I want to try to get a car pool operation going. I can drive and drop my car up at Robie and have three rows in my car so can take a bunch of people back if they want, but I need someone to help shuttle with me. I need to drop my car off Friday eve and need a ride from someone to get back to Boise after I leave my car. Any takers? If we can pull this off we can avoid the buses!

Bradley has been a member at Arbor for 6 months but has been doing CrossFit for 6 years! His favorite types of workouts are ones that involve gymnastics/bodyweight movements because according to him, "he's not getting any younger!" πŸ˜‚ Bradley wanted to start CrossFit after watching the amazing athletes in the CrossFit Games and not wanting to be like them but wanting a tenth of their abilities. His favorite part about CrossFit is the energy that comes from the music, the people, workout, and coaching. When Bradley is not at Arbor, you can find him Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, hiking, biking, and going to parks with his daughter. We love having you a part of our community, Bradley!

"I feel like I've always been a teacher at heart and when I resigned from my teaching career 5 years ago, I felt like a part of me was missing. As a Spanish teacher, the most important values I would instill in my kids were excitement about the subject matter and drive to pursue it further. It didn't matter if they got good grades, demonstrated fluency, could memorize verb tables, etc. Excitement, drive and comfort were tantamount to long term success in my opinion. I feel like this carries over to so many things, including CrossFit. Beginning something new is so scary, especially when you're embarking upon it on your own. I wanted to be that first face and that first interaction for those beginners, and as soon as possible, instill that excitement, comfort and confidence that will encourage them to become long-term members and happier, better humans. In regard to CrossFit Kids class, I was reluctant at first, but I'm so glad I agreed to it because it has truly become the very best part of my week. My motivation to stay committed to that class is just pure fun. We have a blast playing and it gives me so much joy to spend an hour with all of them every Monday."
