Here are some photos from last night's Starkonian Barbecue! The students sure did a great job. It was a lot of fun had by all! (I hope:)
The sax player is known as Cinnamon Roll for all of his sweet notes, but I must say everybody contributed greatly throughout the evening. We did bluegrass, jazz, pop rock, folk, and even a worship song. I'll load some videos soon so you can hear some of the sweetness!

Anybody remember the Meters? They were/are a New Orleans band with grooves like no others:) Here is my Monday Morning Performance Club bringing it. It's so fun to teach this material and watch it come to life!

Beginner Guitar - 2nd lesson

A good example of how one on one teaching works the best for learning a new instrument. Technique can be refined and corrected early before bad habits form that will impede a student's progress. We will be following Claire, a beginning guitar player, as she progresses through her lessons.
