The Preschoolers of TRICA cannot wait to share their art exhibit with you! Come for an Art Opening Reception at The Riverside Hotel tomorrow, Friday 12/2, 5:30p-7:00pm. At 6 pm, you may even catch a dance demonstration by all the young artists. Our Story
TRICA’s mission is: to provide meaningful experiences in the arts taught by outstanding and loving educators, inspiring the children of Treasure Valley to develop attitudes and values contributing to a stronger sense of community, humanity, and good will.
For 23 years, TRICA has offered quality arts education to children in public schools, private schools, preschools, libraries, and wherever there are children eager to learn. We offer programs that enrich and bolster their learning experience through dance, music, visual arts, theater, and more. With children as our focus, we are working hard to invest in their learning process in a way that will positively impact their lives- in school and out. We are working diligently toward filling the gap within the learning system by providing quality arts education in financially pinched school systems. TRICA provides educational programs across multiple disciplines of art, inspiring children to a higher standard of excellence, a superior education, and a positive belief in themselves that will pour over into all areas of their lives.
The opening of our permanent home base, the Center for Learning and the Arts, will conservatively triple the number of children we serve, bringing an expansion to our current programs by offering ever-evolving experiences including a robust after school program and summer camps. We will also offer performance and project opportunities to children and their families throughout the year. As a beacon for quality learning and the arts, our center will also have the capacity to efficiently offer teacher training and curriculum development.
TRICA is a member of Associates of National Dance Institute (ANDI) in NYC, a collective of arts education programs inspired by NDI’s award-winning pedagogy. TRICA celebrates diversity and welcomes all children of Idaho’s Treasure Valley- and beyond. We have never turned away a child for lack of ability to pay.
