Wow.... my last post was in 2015! Is anyone still out there? I am seriously considering doing some weekly fitness challenges for the work from home peeps! I started jumping rope a couple of months ago and it has been great! Low impact but seriously gets the heat rate going! I am no longer working as a trainer but still need to keep myself in shape so why not live out loud and inspire you to join me. Some changes to the page are coming... stay tuned. 💕

90 days to healthy!
This our new “90 days to healthy” challenge. There is no better time than the present to start living a healthier lifestyle. This challenge begins with some Body fat measurements, scale weight, before photos, and total body measurements. Are you ready?! Each day I will post your challenge on my website with specific details. If for one day you do not complete your challenges you are out. This will run on a buddy accountability system. I will assign buddies and we will need to be honest. If you do not do your daily challenges you are out. Entry into the challenge is $20. At the end of 30 days we will award a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner. If you chose to continue with the challenge you will pay another $50 towards the second phase. Measurements and photos will be taken again. The daily challenges from the first 30 days are still in effect. Each day we will add another challenge. Once again we are on the buddy honor system. You must complete your challenges or you are out. After 60 days we will repeat and award 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. If you choose you can go on to the last 30 days for a total of 90 days. Entry will be $100. You must complete your challenges from the previous 60 days and each new challenge for the final 30 days. Honor system is big here…. If you do not complete your challenges you are out. Remember this is a healthy challenge. It will be very rewarding! Your final measurements, body fat measures, scale weight and photos will be taken. The pot will be shared by the remaining contestants equally because you made it! Who’s in??? I will be doing entries all next week……

WORLDS BEST TURKEY MEATLOAF
1lb lean ground turkey
8-10 large mushrooms finely chopped
2 small to medium grated potatoes(white/red/sweet/yams) you decide what you like best :)
3 small to medium grated carrots
3-5 tbsp catsup or tomato paste
1 heaping tbsp mustard
2 tsp worcestershire
1-2 tsp salt
1tsp ground pepper
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 cup cheese of your choice. I like Gorgonzola!
2-4 cloves of minced garlic
I usually use the food processor and pulverize it so my children don't know what's inside!
Mix all ingredients until it's all blended. Create your loaf and bake on 350 for about 20-40 minutes(depends on how thick you make it). I like to put a small layer of catsup on top before baking. My kids use siracha!
