"Overcome" Your Fear of HELL

Why does the fear of HELL persist after you no longer believe?

The answer is not that surprising (fear and anxiety are adaptive for us humans) but when we view fear through this lens we gain some important insights.

* It's okay to feel what you feel.

* Trying to get rid of fear with logic and reason often backfires.

* Curiosity and openness can help you move through difficult experiences.

* You don't have to get rid of fear in order to live a meaningful life.

You can spend countless hours reading and studying evidence that challenges the notion of hell and you may succeed in reducing the amount of fear you experience when an old hell-fire memory shows up. However, it's also possible this effort will result in your fear occupying even more space in your life.

How much life are you willing to spend trying to rid yourself of this fear?

In the video, I offer a different approach to fear, one that does not measure success based on the absence of fear but rather on the connectedness to life.

I would love to hear what you think.
