THE DEETS:
The first thing about this workshop that should rouse you to excitement is that you will have THE SOKOLATOR (Sokol Strong) teaching you ALL the fundamental kettlebell movements from the ground up along side his side-kick Molly, SfgII (Molly Scott). This two day event is only $150.

WHO IS THIS FOR?:
YOU, your girlfriend, your grandma...anyone. No, really this is for all humans, especially coaches, owners, clients, etc!

BUT WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
This means you will learn the swing, one arm swing, squat, press, clean, sn**ch, get up, windmills and more. Heck, depending on our group we may even get into double kettlebell techniques, as well, like the front squat, clean and press, and accessory moves.

SO HOW DO I BENEFIT FROM THIS?
So many people try and learn their KB technique from watching videos on youtube university, but the problem with that is while you can watch somebody on youtube, that somebody is not watching you. In other words, a video on youtube can't point out what you're doing wrong, and it certainly can't tell you how to fix it.

"BUT KETTLEBELLS HURT MY BACK!"
That's why we keep these workshops pretty small, so we can offer you PERSONAL attention on your technique. And every time we do one of these workshops the attendees are amazed to discover all the things they've been doing wrong that they never even knew about, but that, if left unchecked, would have lead what is probably some very serious injury. Remember, it wasn't the kettlebell that hurt your back, it was how you USED the kettlebell that hurt your back. So come to our workshop so we can teach you to use it right or if you're a Coach we can help you help your clients!

how to prepare for passing a Kettlebell Certification
and discuss anything having to do with training on your own, how to coach clients, how to run a pt business, etc
