These guys are awesome. Today we finished off out balance training segment of our workout with Heel to Toe Walk the Plank while moving the head side to side. We do all kinds of different things while walking the plank, this is just the newest addition.

We joke to keep these in file so they can tell the cop that even at 7 in the morning sober they can't pass a field sobriety test.😆😆

All joking aside their balance gets better all the time, and we continue to challenge it everyday.

If you can walk the plank with ease try this one out.

Disclaimer: go easy it can cause a feeling a vertigo.

Just one of the fun things we get to do :)

What's your workout plan this week?

The American Heart Association recommends getting in at least 150 min a week or 75 min of vigorous activity. Stronger Everyday clients get in just that each week, but make sure that you are doing something on your off days as well. Get out go for a hike, bike ride, or just a walk around the neighborhood with a friend or family member.

You need to make a plan and stick to it, for your hearts sake

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Tomorrow National Wear Red Day!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Heart disease is a leading cause of death in the U.S. Know your risk and protect your heart.
Risk factors include:

High blood pressure

High blood cholesterol

Overweight or obese

Diabetes

Smoke

Do not get regular physical activity

Have a family history of early heart disease (your father or brother was diagnosed before age 55, or your mother or sister was diagnosed before age 65)

Have a history of preeclampsia (a sudden rise in blood pressure and too much protein in the urine during pregnancy)

Have unhealthy eating behaviors

Are older (age 55 or older for women or age 45 or older for men)

💪💪💪💪💪 💪💪💪💪💪
Start with a some self-care. Take some time for yourself to become more physically active and plan and prepare healthy meals. Most of the risk factors above can be decreased just by become more active and eating healthier.
So take some time out of your day to go for a walk, join an exercise class, or plan a hike with a friend.
Then plan out you meals for the week. The more prepared you are in the kitchen the more likely you are to succeed in eating healthier.
