Vegetable Oil Will Fuel Record Attempt at Bonneville

Last November, Greenspeed’s veggie-oil-powered racer, a 1998 Chevrolet S-10 pickup, broke the world land-speed record for a vegetable-oil powered truck at the Southern California Timing Association trial in the Mojave Desert. This August, Greenspeed has its sights on a new destination: the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah.
