Tummy time is so important for our babies from the time they arrive home. It's an important way to help babies strengthen their neck and shoulder muscles, and improve motor skills. Be sure to stay with your baby and watch closely during tummy time. Babies will benefit from 2 to 3 tummy time sessions each day for a short period of time (3 to 5 minutes).
