It was an exciting day at Pro ABA as we celebrated two of our clients that are moving on to Kindergarten. We had a small graduation ceremony where their peers celebrated with them. We are proud of all the progress these clients have made with us and we wish them success in kindergarten! Thank you to these families for choosing us and it has been an honor to work with your children !

Progressive ABA Therapy Group (ProABA) is looking for a few positive and upbeat individuals who have a passion for helping others achieve their goals. ProABA is hiring direct service staff to work onsite with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays. ProABA provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to children and adolescents to help them and their families meet goals and develop skills to help them now and throughout life. ProABA takes pride in servicing children of all ages and needs quality staff members to help give our clients the best treatment possible!

At ProABA, client progress is what drives our decision making and we believe direct service staff serve the most important role in achieving this goal. The responsibilities of the direct service staff are to build a positive relationship with clients and their family and implement the child's daily treatment goals. Direct service staff work together with their supervisor to help develop motivation and build skills with the clients they work with in a way that is responsive to the child’s individual needs. Other responsibilities include data collection and graphing, documenting client progress on clinical notes, and attending regular meetings with treatment team members. Direct service staff are also afforded the opportunity to pursue professional credentials such as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and/or Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) credentials while employed at ProABA through supervision and training opportunities.

We also welcome applicants/interns pursuing their credentials in ABA to join our team!
