The IU Student Government and the Food Institute are collaborating on an initiative called the IUB Campus Kitchen. We will be launching THIS Saturday and serving a FREE MEAL from 3-4 PM in the Student Building Room 017 (near Sample Gates). Come grab food, bring friends, and feel free to leave whenever.
Interested in helping alleviate hunger and homelessness in other communities? Volunteer with Alternative Break Program! Over Thanksgiving, we will be volunteering with food banks, shelters, and more in the New York City area. To learn more and apply, visit IUabp.org. Applications close soon!

Mission: The Crimson Cupboard is an IUB organization that provides an inclusive environment and supplies nutritious food to address food insecurity on campus. Our integrated approach recognizes the additional challenges surrounding food insecurity and seeks to provide supplemental resources. Through greater awareness, we can work together to advance food security.

Due to today’s weather the Crimson Cupboard will be inside Campus View Apartment from 2-4 pm. One of our options today includes fresh produce bags! Come on in!

We continue to ask that you only shop once a week.

[03/16/20]   Crimson Cupboard is open today from 2-4pm. We will have prepacked options available in the hallway outside of the pantry.

Hello all Crimson Cupboard shoppers! We are open this week and fully stocked with all sorts of amazing food. Please come in this week (open today 4-6, tomorrow 4-6, and Friday 11-1) and stock up on everything you need!

The Crimson Cupboard is stocked with all sorts of food this week, so come stop by! We have some organic Jim’s coffee as well as some new fruit infused granola bars!

Hello Crimson Cupboard shoppers! We will be closed on Monday for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The Cupboard will reopen on Wednesday.

The Crimson Cupboard is open for the spring semester! Our new hours are: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4pm-6pm and Friday from 11am-3pm. We are stocked with new snacks and food items, so come stop by and check it out!

IU Folklore & Ethnomusicology

Join us for our Holiday Party tomorrow! 5-7pm in the Classroom Office Building. We will be collecting non-perishable food donations for Crimson Cupboard, the food bank on campus.

The Crimson Cupboard will be closed this coming week for Thanksgiving break. The staff and volunteers at the Cupboard want to wish all of our shoppers a happy Thanksgiving!

You’ll find some fresh apples, potatoes, and carrots along with an assortment of fun snacks this week at the Crimson Cupboard. Come try our new seaweed snacks or our coconut banana bites!

The Crimson Cupboard is stocked this week with some new and exciting food items, including some fresh bread, produce, and new snacks!

The Crimson Cupboard is open this Thursday (10/31) for Halloween. We welcome all of our shoppers to come shop and bring their Halloween spirit!

[10/21/19]   If you need a way to get to the Crimson Cupboard, especially since the weather is getting rainier and colder, the IU E Bus drops off in front of the Campus View Apartments, where we are located. Come stop by this week!

We will be closed on Thursday (10/17) and Friday (10/18) this week due to our Fall Break Hours. We will be back open on Tuesday (10/22) at our usual time 10am-12pm!
