Last summer I was looking for a new daycare provider and Ms. Kelly was recommended, so I decided to visit her place and I left knowing that I would send my son there. She made my husband and I very comfortable with her pleasant and warm personality. Ms. Kelly treats the kids like her own, which I appreciate. The kids are exposed to positive experiences and are learning daily. As a parent it is very difficult to leave your kids with "strangers," but at Angels' of Mine...all is well with my soul.

Hats off to this guy👇! His wife called me and said " How many children do you have because my husband wants to make goodie bags for the kids!" Well do you see the size of the bags? He pulled out all the stops and didn't miss a beat. He made sure the kids don't have to trick or treat tonight! Thank you Mr. Darnell, Miss Shelly Papadakis Hale and your assistant CeCe the kids couldn't wait for me to pass them out fast enough!😘

October is fire prevention month. We help our preschoolers think about fire and safety the important job that firefighters do.

Today our field trip to the fire station help them understand who are fire fighters, what's the importance of being safe, where everything is and how it helps to make there job easier, when there is an emergency and how the know, why having a family escape plan in line can save lives!

We are working on name recognition!

Children learning their names is the springboard for literacy learning in preschool! Children’s names are the most important words to them, and learning them leads to all other types of learning. When we talk about teaching children their names. See it, Say it, Spell it and tracing it will help a child recognize their name along with labels on things that is their own.
