Say Hello to AUBREY!

Aubrey earned this most points of all kids 4th-Middle. Despite being in 4th grade, she is an exceptional leader in the Hangar and many kids look up to her. She is great leading in games and solving problems for her classmates. Aubrey brought her yearly total to 14 which is the MOST OF KIDS 4TH-MIDDLE & the 3RD-MOST IN THE HANGAR.

Say Hello to SCARLETT!

Scarlett had the most reward points of all the kids in 3rd grade in January. She is quiet when she is on the bus and during snack but once group games start, she completely erupts from her shell and becomes a very energetic competitor. Scarlett has racked up 16 points this school year which is the MOST OF ALL KIDS IN THE HANGAR!

Say Hello to SAMMANTHA!

Sammantha was our 2nd grade reward points winner for January. She recently joined our program just 2 short months ago and made herself right at home. She's made many friends and is just one of the nicest girls in the program. We are so glad to have her here!

Say Hello to SUMMER!

Summer earned the most points out of all the First Graders for the month of January. Summer is a girl who likes to keep to herself but when she wants, she does go out of her way to make friends with others. Summer is kind-hearted and it showed all month.

Say Hello to BRIDGETTE!

Bridgette earned the most points out of all of her fellow classmates for the month of January. Bridgette is a loving sweet girl who always has a smile on her face and is looking to make everyone's day better any way she can. By earning 7 points last month she brought her yearly total to 18 which is tied for the MOST OF ALL KIDS IN THE PROGRAM K-8TH! She has been exceptional all school year long!

Say Hello to SOPHIA!

Sophia was our Hangar Raffle Prize Winner for the month of January! She was praised by her teachers for being a great sport during the group games and always looking to help her team win games. Sophia LOVES Pokemon as pictured down below as well as her fidgets. Great job Sophia!

Say Hello to ELI!

Eli was January's Main Building Raffle Prize Winner. He was praised by his teachers for his outstanding behavior and ability to work with others in his class. Eli is an athletic kids who loves playing in the gym with his friends. Great Job Eli!

Hope everyone enjoyed their 4 day weekend! We hope all of you were able to stay warm and most importantly safe this weekend. School is back in and here is all that is going on for your kids this week.

We will be selling concessions for our Hangar kids tomorrow after school. We are in the process of selling the last of our leftover candy & drinks from last year and bringing in new goods next month.

Tonight is the CFB National Championship Game with a rematch of Georgia vs Bama. Comment down below who you have winning tonight and the score. The person who gets the prediction right and closest to the final score will receive a $20 Kroger Gift Card!

Let's send a prayer that tonight is not a repeat of the SEC title game 😞

We are OPEN tomorrow for before and after care. Despite school being in, it will be 20 degrees when the kids get on the buses tomorrow morning and 30 when we pick them up from school in the afternoon.

PLEASE dress them warm with multiple layers

We are currently planning to open tomorrow at 8am. We will have an final update at 5am to see what the roads are looking like. Please check emails, remind, and the weather forecast to stay updated.

As announced about an hour ago, Bartlett City Schools will be closed tomorrow and possibly this Friday due to the projected inclement weather. We are still awaiting word on if we will be open for care tomorrow.

These exclusive snacks will happen once a month

Every SECOND Tuesday of the month for K-2nd
Every FOURTH Wednesday for the month for 3rd-Middle

This upcoming February we will be starting our new concessions which will include a brand new menu of candy and sweets for the kids.

FOR 2022, CONCESSIONS WILL BE EVERY WEEK!

For K-2nd every TUESDAY
For 3rd-Middle every THURSDAY

Hello! Long time no see. Just wanted to check in with you all and let you know that Christmas Holiday Care went amazing. After two fun field trips, movies, and a ton of downtime, these kids and teachers are ready for our next semester.

We are aiming to head into the summer strong by having a lot of fun next year. This will include new concession items, having an aftercare dance, refurbishing the playground, and introducing teachers to different classrooms.

HERE IS ADALYNN AND ARIANA!

Adalynn is our 3rd-grade rewards points winner. She was beyond excited when she found out she won the tie-breaker for her class. She chose to have Chick-Fil-A for her snack. Adalynn is a sweet girl always looking to get involved with the class making sure things are running smoothly. If someone is having a bad day she looks to cheer them up.

Ariana is our 4th-Middle rewards points winner. Ariana is the oldest kid in our camp and she chose Wendy's for her snack. She is a quiet but super sweet kid.

HERE IS OLIVIA, BEAU, AND HARPER!

These were our rewards points winners for our respective classes in the main building.

Olivia tied for the most points in the Kindergarten class and won the tiebreaker this Monday. Olivia chose Mcdonald's for her snack yesterday. Olivia is a sweet kid who always has a big smile on her face.

Beau for the 2nd straight month has won the 1st-grade rewards points competition. He chose to have Chick-Fil-A for snack. Beau is always willing to help out and never goes an afternoon without offering to help other kids and teachers.

Harper is our 2nd-grade rewards points winner and she had the most points out of everyone in the Main Building. Harper chose to have Chick-Fil-A for snack. Harper, just like Beau is always looking to help out and is always looking to dance and have fun in class.

Great job to these kids!

HERE IS CHANDLER & JACOB

These two kids were our raffle prize winners for this month and won themselves a voucher for a family meal from Moe's Southwest Grill. Chandler's family will be enjoying a fajita kit and Jacob's a taco kit for dinner.

Chandler is a highly energetic kid who is fun-loving and always down to have fun and play sports outside on the playground. Jacob is a laid-back kid who is quiet but is always up for fun games and is super competitive.

With Daylight Savings now here, our schedule is adjusting from here on out. Down below are the approximate times that our buses arrive here each day and where we will be when you come to pick your child up.

As we do live in Memphis the weather forecast is completely unreliable so if it's raining when you come just head inside.

YIPPIE it's...Charlee!

Charlee is the winner of the Main Building raffle prize for October. Out of all the Kindergarten-2nd graders, she earned several reward points which led to many tickets in the jar, and when we drew the name Tuesday her name was there. Edith is one of the nicest girls in the program, who always does what's told of her and does it with a smile on her face. She received her raffle bucket Tuesday before heading out of town on vacation.

November 30th will be the next date for all of our reward points giveaways for next month. Will your child win for their class?

Savannah is 4th-Middle's highest rewards point winner for October. Savannah is one of our oldest kids in the camp we love having her here. She's always reading, making her own eyelashes, and being a leader in the Hangar.

BIG MAN BEAU!

Beau is 1st Grade's highest rewards point winner for October. Beau is an awesome kid who shows great respect towards the teachers and fellow kids. He loves playing with legos, running, and helping others in need.

Beau enjoyed some tasty Wendy's for his snack yesterday.

IT'S LEX!

Lexie is 3rd grade's highest rewards point winner for October. Lexie is a super sweet girl who loves reading, doing cartwheels, and going around helping out other teachers.

Lexie enjoyed a delicious meal from Chick-Fil-A for snack this afternoon.

HUDDIE HUDD!

Hudson is 2nd Grade's highest rewards point winner for October. He won a tie with another kid on the last day to win. Hudson loves playing basketball, football, and trading Pokemon cards.

Today he enjoyed some sweet Chick Fil A or his snack today.

EDIE EDIE!

Edith is the winner of the Hangar raffle prize for October. Out of all the 3rd-Middle schoolers, Edith earned several reward points which led to many tickets in the jar, and when we drew the name Tuesday her name was there. Edith is an electric, fiery little kid who loves dancing, playing with her friends, and talking about how much she loves school.

She will receive her LOADED raffle prize after school today

IT'S JOHNATHAN THE MANN!

Johnathan is Kindergarten's highest reward points winner for the month of Octbober. He is a quiet but very sweet little kid. He loves playing football outside and watching TV with us in the morning.

Johnathan chose to recieve McDonald's for his snack after school today!

Awesome Day at Cedar Hill Farm! From petting zoos to hayrides and zip lines to corn maze fun, a great day with our kids today!

All of our kids from fall break have or will receive a sheet to take home to their parent(s) to get signed. This is a simple QR code sign-up for our page. Each kid that brings back the signed form earns two pieces of sweet candy.

Tomorrow is 3 big things going on for our kids
1) CONCESSIONS will be at 11:45am tomorrow morning for all the kids
2) a MOON BOUNCE will be in the gym starting at 10 for our K-2nd graders
3) Our 3rd-Middle Schoolers will be in the Hangar during that time playing the XBOX's, Wii's, and their own electronics. Yes, your kids can bring their own electronics tomorrow!

Also, don't forget tomorrow is Mathletes vs Athletes Dress-up Day!

For fall break we will all be in the Main Building from 6-8am. At 8 all kids from 2nd-Middle will head to the Hangar for the rest of day.

THERE WILL BE NO DROP OFF FOR KIDS AFTER 10AM 🚨

Also if you want them to eat breakfast get them here before 7:30

INCOMING LIST OF INFO 🚨

1) Mr. Chauncy failed to realize it takes 3 days for 120 popsicles to freeze completely. The kids will be having them this afternoon for snacks.

2) For the month of October our raffle prizes will be these loaded gift baskets (1 for the MB and 1 for Hangar). Stocked with candy, toys, games, and art supplies, the kids will be trying really hard to get as many tickets to win

3) We have started the rewards charts for the kids and several kids are already racking up points (several have already earned their candy bags and tickets)

4) NEXT WEEK is fall break and attached below is our dress up days for each day. THIS MONDAY IS PAJAMA DAY (self-explanatory lol)

5) We will be doing concessions on this WEDNESDAY (10/13) for fall break AND the following THURSDAY (10/21)

6) Our field trip is this upcoming Friday 10/15. We will need everyone here by 7:45 WITH a sack lunch. It will be a long day so they will need rest the night before

7) K-2nd will be having a bounce house party on this Wednesday
