Friends - McDonough Middle School in Hartford, CT is flat out AMAZING!! Look them up and keep them in mind because they are doing incredible work for kids that can change what we know about building better schools for students.

This was the launch of "Feedback Fanatics" which will be an 8 week focus on providing effective feedback to students to build greater student agency in classrooms!

They are leveraging our cycle of observation and feedback for continuous improvement and creating a true Culture of Learning for teachers, students, and the whole community!

Gotta say-The Hartford Public Schools PDEC (district-wide committee for PL and TEVAL) is on the verge of something GREAT in creating a meaningful approach to continuous improvement cycles through continuous feedback!! Creating the structures in a very large system that allow for purposeful, authentic, and impactful Learner Focused Feedback that Feeds Forward!
