Sunbrook Academy at Stonebridge

First stop on our American Road Trip Summer Camp- New York 🗽🍎 Students this week have learned about the Statue of Liberty, Niagra Falls and many other New York staples. Among them was one of the most fun subjects: The Westminster Dog Show!

The Westminster Dog Show is a prestigious competition that has been held in New York City since 1877. Almost 3,000 dogs enter the show. We created our own textured dogs using various materials. We groomed our championship dog for the Westminster Dog Show using everyday household items. Who will win Best in show?

The first day of Summer Camp was a success! The butter'dudder truck came out and students got to enjoy a nice treat on the first day! Let’s get our American Road Trip started! 🇺🇸

What a great end to Community Heroes week! We had pizza on hand for local police and fire department workers to stop by and grab dinner and of course we had to take care of our wonderful families while we were at it!

Our Georgia Pre-K students had their Candy Awards ceremony today! 🍬🍫🍭
We also got to present our Legacy Awards to 2 of our 3 legacy students! 🧑‍🎓👩‍🎓🎓
Afterwards, they had a blast at their glow party! 💥🥳✨
What a great year it has been! We are sad to see them go but so incredibly proud of them and can’t wait to see who they become! 👮🏽‍♂️👷🏼👩🏻‍⚕️👩🏽‍🍳👩‍🏫🧑‍🚒👩🏾‍🔬

Our local fire department took time out of their busy day to come show our students their truck and gear! We also got to present them with the banner we made earlier in the week!
