Need your American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification but don't want to pay the $120 to get it? This may be a perfect opportunity for you!
Looking for a few able-bodied folks to help with a BLS class on Sunday, October 28, from 9am-2pm, in Leesburg, VA. The materials, labor, and certification fees are all being donated by my company CPR Champion, part of Living Health LLC, and it may be a little bit of a larger class, so I could use some help.
It is for a local free clinic's medical staff--they operate entirely on donations and grants and do AMAZING work. Not only would you be volunteering for a great cause, but I would happily certify you in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (good for 2 years) that day (a $120 value!)
I'm looking for folks who are comfortable moving things, lifting 20 lbs at a time, do a lot of bending over and twisting. Help for set up and break down, but also helping trouble-shoot manikin problems, etc., during the class is helpful. (Will train!)
Please send interest and questions to me: [email protected] OR text me at 703.314.8450.
