Osmania Hospital Karachi conducted a training of their reception and some other staff members on March 21, 2017 at 2.30 pm. The main purpose was to train the staff on how best to create a better working environment in dealing with the patients and their attendants, and other public dealing.
Dr. Raza Baig, Vice Chairman of Hyderabad Trust, chaired the section. In his remarks, he highlighted the how best to approach these matters and what weakness and mistakes we need to avoid.
It is also decided that such type of training must be conducted once in a month. Such training sessions will go a long way in improving the services provided by the hospital and make it easier for the patients.
