The company is founded and run by Erin Schwartz.
Erin has been making custom cakes on her own since the age of 15. She graduated first in her class at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and has worked for multiple bakeries and custom cake shops; including the illustrious Pink Cake Box of Denville, NJ (where she worked for two years as a Cake Artist and Pastry Chef). Now, she is pursing her dream of running her own business, getting published (even internationally) for her work and she hopes you will become a part of the dream!

Mission: The mission of STACKED is to make each and every client feel special and provide them with a product that shows such. STACKED works to provide custom products that taste as delicious as they look! Charity work will always be linked with the heart of STACKED. Working with organizations,such as Icing Smiles, as well as doing other work will always be done as much as possible. I actually made this cake over a year ago and although I loved it, never shared it! So here is this hanging "gem"-which was created when I needed to put a unique twist on the (especially then) super popular geode cake!

I also got to reuse the crystal molds I had created years earlier for my FireCrab cake-except instead of using every color of the rainbow, I got to use Simi Cakes & Confections Black and Clear Isomalt! Partner that with some Satin Ice Fondant and it's heavenly! ☺️

The Sims! I used to be obsessedddd with this game, so it was a fun throwback for me to do a Sims theme birthday cake! Man, there are so many out now! Also, I learned the diamond icon is called a Plumbob :-) This cake also had a Sound Sticker that played Sims music! Fun fun!

Day 1 – A fun and easy way to make fondant tissue paper is by simply cutting different sized triangles of fondant and letting them dry on egg foam. FYI: The highs and lows of the foam allow your fondant to dry and keep that wavy form!

Meet the Cookiers, Home Bakers With a Bond Stronger Than Royal Icing

Another special cake from earlier this year!

I love an art deco theme! With this cake we did a suede-like finish with mauve tones which was great in contrast to the clean, gold metallic lines! Happy match for a happy, beautiful couple!

I'm seriously loving going through my big folder of cakes we haven't posted. Here's one we did for FireFighter/EMT school graduation! It was a tall order! ;-)

This was a really fun (and BIG) Groom's cake we did earlier this year! The awesome bride surprised her Groom with this cake at their rehearsal dinner-it features some of his favorite things! The bottles and cans are all fondant and sugar! ;-)

We fell in love with this little beauty! It was really nice with just the white and gold dry brushing, but adding those flowers transformed it into a such a romantic cake that capture our hearts!

Sometimes some pretty cupcakes are all you need! ;-)

Now this is a fun rehearsal dinner cake! :-D We loved creating this awesome cake (with special effects) for Clients Nicholas and Megan! They have an incredible story, have been through a lot and it was truly an honor creating such a meaningful, special and kick-*ss cake for them! ;-)

In seeing the mountain of cakes I haven't had the chance to share yet and thinking about all of the incredible Veterans (especially the ones close to me-including my partner if life and business) here is one I can't believe we hadn't shared yet!  We created this cake in 2017 for the one and only Flags of Valor!!!! An absolutely incredible, Made-In America company that makes stunning wooden flags and is owned and run by combat veterans! Check them out! 

This massive cake (over 6 feet tall) was created in less than 36 hours on Food Networks' Ridiculous Cakes! Joey and I could not have done it without the massive help from our beautiful assistants Hailey Harris and Dina Felts! O yeah andddd the drill bit actually spun! :-)

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!! Throwback to Sugar Spooks 2014!!!! My cake, lovingly named Igor, is still a personal favorite! It was the first time I played around trying to translate an incredible piece of art (by Jordu Schell) into cake.
Andddd I had the pleasure of having Lopshire Photography, LLC gets some shots of my love and I ;-)

Loved creating this massive 12 tier cake that translated to my height (about 5'9")!!! Couldn't have done it without Platinum Wedding and Decor (who provided me with hundredsss of florals to adorn the cake with), Faye Cahill Cake Design's gorgeous stencils, Satin Ice fondant (my favorite), my lifesaving dragéekíss (thank you Gwen Powell!) and Maribeth Schwartz for helping prep the florals and most importantly holding the ladder for me while I decorated (I do NOT enjoy standing on ladders ever)!

Another shout out to the incomparable The Bellevue Conference & Event Center for being an awe inspiring, next level venue!
