Hi! My name is Dr. Uddin. I am trained as a Psychoanalyst. I am also a Family Counselor. I taught graduate level courses at the University of Mississippi. I am specialized in Schizophrenic Personality Disorders.

I have been at Primrose for 4.5 months!

When I’m not at Primrose I like to provide free tele-therapy to underprivileged children and women.

Not many people know that I have studied seven languages (Arabic, Urdu, African, French, Spanish, Dutch, and Russian). I am also a certified translator of government documents in the U.S.

My favorite thing about working with children is their honesty. I truly enjoy observing them, teaching them, and enjoying the results of their learning!

I love working at Primrose because it provides me the opportunity to meet individuals from all walks of life and to see each child grow from class to class.

Being a good friend takes practice. It isn’t always easy for adults, let alone small children, but there are things we can do as parents and educators to help raise the next generation of fantastic friends. Congratulations to June's ❤Family of the Month❤

We were so excited to be selected the Family of the Month for July. When Mrs. Jacobs e-mailed me, I leaped up like I won an Oscar, haha.

Our family consists of myself, my beautiful wife, son (4) and daughter (1). Our oldest has been coming to Primrose for just shy of 4 years now and our youngest has just reached the 1-year mark here. Our experience with Primrose has been fantastic. The curriculum that Primrose brought into our kids lives since the beginning has helped them become such well-rounded individuals.

I am a recently retired veteran of the United States Air Force. After 20 years of service, I am currently on the job hunt for my next career. My wife is a project manager for a digital marketing and ad agency.

Our son is an exuberant young man. His zeal for life carries on even after a full day with his friends in Mrs. Burns & Ms. Gills class. He loves puzzles, jungle gyms, and Legos. Our daughter, has grown into her cuddle phase of life, and we love it. She is so sweet and wants to be everyone’s friend in Mrs. Garcia’s class.

We have loved living here in Ashburn, VA. In our free time we love going to the pool, museums in DC or having a simple Saturday movie night at the house. Life for us has been tremendous here. We owe a lot of that to the amazing staff at Primrose and how great they have been with our children.

Hi! My name is Ms. Gills. I’m originally from Roanoke, VA but have loved living in NOVA the past 9 months. I have been working with children for the past 8 years but this is my first year teaching! I have been learning so much working here with the children. I am currently a graduate student at Virginia Tech and I am a recent Radford alumna.

I have been at Primrose for 8 months!

When I’m not at Primrose I like to go shopping and spend time with friends, family, and my dog.

Not many people know that I have 4 ball pythons (Anakin, Bohdi, Voldemort, & Penelope)

My favorite thing about working with children is getting to see them grow and their personalities come out more. They’re so loving and fun- always brightening my day with hugs and silly jokes.

I love working at Primrose because of the kids and staff. Everyone is welcoming and kind; I’m doing meaningful work, shaping little minds.

Our school is recognizing and celebrating Juneteenth by reading books and coloring some pictures while hearing about why Juneteenth is so important.

Juneteenth – also known as Freedom Day, Jubilee Day, Liberation Day, and Emancipation Day – is a holiday celebrating the emancipation of African Americans who had been enslaved in the United States. Although the emancipation proclamation was signed almost two and a half years earlier, the news of this important decision didn’t reach Texas until June 19th, 1865. Now, Juneteenth is celebrated annually on June 19th and has become a time for celebration. People honor Juneteenth in many ways from parties and parades to memorials and lessons. However it’s celebrated, it’s a time to share stories of resilience, resistance, and liberation, and to uplift Black joy.

Juneteenth is an important day in our country’s history, and today we honor this holiday as a celebration of the culture and resilience of the Black community.

Hello! We are the Rau family!
We are thrilled to be chosen as the family of the month for June!
Dad, is a telecom engineer who specializes in network optimization and mom, works for a non-profit audit regulator.
Our kids, a daughter (8) and a son (4) have been part of the Primrose family since they were babies and started at Moorefield Station in 2020.
Our daughter graduated from the kindergarten program in 2021 and loved her time here. She still looks forward to coming in to pick up her brother every chance she gets.
Our son enjoys the company of his friends and teachers at Pre-K! He loves taking his favorite books to read with his class and looks forward to his ‘iPad day’ and ‘pajama day’ at school. He is eagerly waiting for water play to begin. Recently, he has been very excited watching the class caterpillars turn into butterflies!
Outside of school, our son enjoys his swim and Taekwondo lessons.
We love travelling as a family and are especially fond of beach vacations. Another favorite is Busch Gardens, and our son is hoping he will be tall enough to ride some of the roller coasters this year!

All of our friends in Pathways, Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten watched their butterfly eggs transform into beautiful butterflies this month!

In the beginning of month our classes got their butterfly eggs. They then watched them turn into caterpillars 🐛 , then chrysalises, which is wear they undergo metamorphosis and emerge into beautiful butterflies! 🦋

Our classes then headed to our Primrose Patch or their playgrounds to let their butterflies free!

Hi! I am Mrs. Sasinowski. I am originally from Christmas, FL. I am the Education Coach & Curriculum Specialist. I have been in this role for a year and half but I have held many roles here; Office Manager, Kindergarten Assistant, Explorers Teacher, and Chef. I have a degree in Education & History with a Masters in History & Public Policy. I'm married to my husband Tom and we welcomed our first child Quinn in January!

I have been at Primrose for 9 years!

When I’m not at Primrose I like to visit local wineries with friends, snuggling my new baby, spending time at the pool or lake with my family.

Not many people know that I worked at Universal Studios Orlando at the Wizarding World!

My favorite thing about working with children is seeing them grow through the school year and during their time at Primrose.

I love working at Primrose because of the Hummers, my management coworkers and all of the wonderful teachers.

Percy had an spectacular birthday 🎂 trip thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Hummer! Percy flew ✈️ all the way to Australia, where he started his cruising 🛳 adventure! While on vacation he got to go fishing🎣, boating 🛥, snorkeling🤿, surfing 🏄, and more!! His favorite part was going to Hobbiton, where they filmed Lord of the Rings🧝‍♀️and visiting the Sydney Opera House!

On his trip Percy got to visit,

🇺🇸 Hawaii
..and many other small islands 🏝 around each destination!

It's , a month-long celebration of the cultures, traditions and contributions of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. At Primrose, we believe in fostering a sense of belongingness in all children by exploring the ways we are alike and different. This includes reading books about various characters and communities, like "Eyes that Kiss in the Corners" by Joanna Ho, inviting families to share their traditions in the classroom, and honoring important cultural moments throughout the year.
