The vision for ADAMS-Ashburn that was born in 2003 with Isha prayers at community centers, taraweh prayers at Dr. Mahsin’s clinic, and weekly Jummah prayers at community clubhouses has finally come to fruition with our own masjid, Alhumdulillah!

Although it has been said numerous times, we will continue to say it because it is the truth – we COULD NOT have done this without your support. You as the community have supported us with your time, your efforts, active engagement in the process to build and grow this dream, as well as with financial help in the form of donations. We faced many challenges during these years; however, your duas – most importantly – allowed us to remain committed and dedicated to this vision and overcome all obstacles together.

ADAMS-Ashburn had its ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sunday, March 28th. It was attended by hundreds of community members, Ashburn leadership as well as our community partners including members from Beth Chaverim Reform Congregation, Christian Fellowship Church, and Loudoun County Sheriff Department. We also had leaders from the public service domain that belongs to the ADAMS community that shared the stage with us on this momentous occasion.

We ask that you continue to support us as you always have as we continue to grow and serve our community to the best of our abilities, Insha’Allah.

ALHAMDULILLAH!! The vision that was born in 2003 for ADAMS-Ashburn masjid has finally come to fruition.

Here's a little insight into the opening ceremony from March 28th. We were blessed to have so many members of our community as well as our beloved community partners that joined us on this momentous occasion!

Over the past three decades, ADAMS has grown into one of the largest Muslim communities in the Washi These satellite sites specifically run Friday prayers. area.

A professional staff of 25 members manages the ADAMS Center and an elected Executive Committee provides oversight on the organization. The Executive Committee routinely reports to the Board of Trustees, which consists of 13 elected members from various backgrounds. The ADAMS Center’s main campus is located in Sterling, Virginia on Sugarland Road. The campus has 25,000 square feet and a mosque that
