We hope you will join us for five days of softball and fun. This camp is perfect for all players that want to improve their softball game in a fun environment. Players will be divided into groups with similar skill sets for drills, stations, etc. For those that are beginners or just looking to improve fundamentals - you will be paired with players with a similar a skill set. For those that are more seasoned you will also be paired with girls looking for more intense week of softball. Games such as kickball, relay races, sharks and minnows etc. are often included in the daily program. This camp will feature a large number of SF3 trainers as well as some special guests.

Smaller Ballers Summer Camp Manassas
July 21st-25th
Smaller Ballers is designed for young athletes (ages 5-8) who are new to the game. This event focuses on introducing the fundamentals of softball the right way—helping players develop proper hitting and fielding techniques while reinforcing their skills throughout the week. A Player’s Choice element allows athletes to explore specific positions like Pitcher and Catcher, providing a personalized learning experience. With a fun and engaging atmosphere, this event is the perfect blend of skill development and excitement, setting the foundation for young players to grow in the game!

Friday Fastpitch Live (Feb. 14th) - 8th grade to High School
Friday Fastpitch Live is an exciting opportunity for pitchers, catchers, and hitters to sharpen their skills in a live game-like setting. Pitchers will throw to live hitters, catchers will get valuable reps behind the plate, and hitters will face real-time pitching to refine their approach. Sessions are organized and led by SF3 Trainers Paige Knussman, Stevie Cornet, and others, ensuring a structured and competitive environment. All pitchers and catchers will also have the opportunity to hit, making this a well-rounded training experience for all participants.

Launching in May 2025, the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL) is a professional women’s softball league operating in a traditional format. In its inaugural year, the league will feature four teams competing in a 30-game season with games in 6-8 different cities.

Mark your calendars! The AUSL Draft Day is happening this Wednesday, January 29th, at 8 PM EST. You won’t want to miss it! Catch all the action live on the AUSL YouTube Channel or the ESPN App.
