Your Sourdough Dinner Rolls were a hit with Easter dinner. Can't wait to make a ham breakfast sandwich in the morning. Thank for sharing your baking gift. Happy Easter.
We enjoyed two of your delicious cinnamon rolls for breakfast this morning. So yummy!! We can't wait to try the next treat.
Went to another wonderful InstantPot class today taught by Sandi Fleury. Thank you so much!
I love talking baking!
Pho and sourdough! I wasn't sure if I would like Pho, my son does so I got some from Sandi Fleury and it's incredible! I've never had a broth that has that much depth of flavor before. Had a sourdough muffin and it rocked!
INSTANT POT COOKING CLASS IS CANCELED THIS EVENING DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. Sorry for the inconvenience. Next classes at the HUB: Sat. Jan.25 10-12 and Tues. Jan. 28, 5:30pm. Stay safe and warm. From the Garden to the Table
Let's start the New Year out right! I'll be using both the Instant Pot pressure cooker and Duo Crisp air fryer preparing ham and split pea soup, Buffalo chicken wings and potato skins!! Invite a friend and remember to RSVP. Thank you!!
Thank you Sandi Fleury for this wonderful InstantPot class. I had a very good time meeting everybody (yourself included), learning new recipes and tips, and of course eating this absolutely delicious pre-Thanksgiving meal. Everything you made was so delicious, including the stuffing and cranberry sauce, both of which I had never found likings to until now (except for stovetop brand stuffing that I do like. But yours is definitely a winner for sure! I have more photos that I can send to you or I can post them here, except I can only do one at a time here. I will try to do it easier and post to my personal page and then share the post here if it'll let me.
I want some of those tomatoes in this picture. Ours are good but not PNW good.

Welcome! I am an avid organic gardener and love to cook! I am passionate about teaching others how to prepare healthy delicious meals using the Instant Pot, a multi function electric pressure cooker, slow cooker, steamer, rice maker, yogurt maker, etc.

What a wonderful testimony from my firefighting foodie friend, Max Hollander!! Instant Pot on, buddy!! πŸ€—β€

"Every rotation I have been making stuff out of the IP since I bought it. It’s been a nice addition and a healthy alternative to fast food, frozen food, and overly processed food.

Haven’t had a complaint yet! Tons of requests to repeat meals and for the recipes so they can make it at home in their instant pot.

Great thing for the firehouse especially on those busy days since the cook time is quick, if you’re not back in time from a call or transport it just auto kicks into β€œkeep warm” mode AND you can get a deep flavor stew or chili of an 8+ hr crock pot meal in like 1 hr."

Instant Pot/Multi-cooker Cooking Classes

I started teaching Instant Pot/Multi-Cooker Cooking Classes because when I started using mine 3+ years ago, it was intimidating and I wished there was someone to come alongside and SHOW me how to use it! Friends had been asking me to teach classes and write a cookbook. When I was laid off my dental office manager job, with no retirement, the Lord opened the door to this opportunity to SHOW and teach others how to make delicious, healthy meals in a fraction of the time! Thus began From the Garden to the Table Cooking Classes. I am passionate about empowering others to overcome their fears and learn to use this awesome appliance. I teach classes in a number of locations and private parties as well. The feedback has been amazing!! Thank you, Lord!! Thank you, friends!! Happy cooking!!

The story continues. We’ve all been affected by Covid-19. My classes were put on hold for awhile. A friend brought me an aged sourdough starter from an Amish family in Idaho who own Miller’s Country Store and Deli and teach baking classes. I started using the starter and it is amazing!! When I offered some of my products to friends, they were very supportive and the sourdough business took off! I offer custom orders as well as sell at our local Belfair Saturday Market. Come early for the best selection, as I tend to sell out early. I am so blessed.
