Havenβt had a complaint yet! Tons of requests to repeat meals and for the recipes so they can make it at home in their instant pot.
Great thing for the firehouse especially on those busy days since the cook time is quick, if youβre not back in time from a call or transport it just auto kicks into βkeep warmβ mode AND you can get a deep flavor stew or chili of an 8+ hr crock pot meal in like 1 hr."

I started teaching Instant Pot/Multi-Cooker Cooking Classes because when I started using mine 3+ years ago, it was intimidating and I wished there was someone to come alongside and SHOW me how to use it! Friends had been asking me to teach classes and write a cookbook. When I was laid off my dental office manager job, with no retirement, the Lord opened the door to this opportunity to SHOW and teach others how to make delicious, healthy meals in a fraction of the time! Thus began From the Garden to the Table Cooking Classes. I am passionate about empowering others to overcome their fears and learn to use this awesome appliance. I teach classes in a number of locations and private parties as well. The feedback has been amazing!! Thank you, Lord!! Thank you, friends!! Happy cooking!!
The story continues. Weβve all been affected by Covid-19. My classes were put on hold for awhile. A friend brought me an aged sourdough starter from an Amish family in Idaho who own Millerβs Country Store and Deli and teach baking classes. I started using the starter and it is amazing!! When I offered some of my products to friends, they were very supportive and the sourdough business took off! I offer custom orders as well as sell at our local Belfair Saturday Market. Come early for the best selection, as I tend to sell out early. I am so blessed.
