To reach your goals you MUST have a plan. And not just any plan but a grand plan which you break down into smaller timelines and figure out your weekly goals. A huge part that I play on when it comes to setting my goals and intentions to create the life that I want is visualization. If you can think it, you can do it, and if you can see it, you can achieve it. This is one reason vision boards are highly popular! Social media is no different. I choose to fill my feed with my positive messages/images, inspiration, motivation, and things that represent my goals 💫⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This photo represents stepping OUT of my comfort zone to step UP into my purpose. I have always loved coaching and teaching younger children and with my love for cheerleading, it only made sense for me to step up to the plate. When I was presented with this opportunity, of course I wouldn't decline as this is a dream of mine BUT, I was soooooo nervous lol 😩 I worried about if the kids would like me, what to teach, would the coach be impressed, etc etc ... None of that mattered because we ending up having a ball together! Hands down, one of the funnest group of kids I have ever encountered 🥳⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Moral of the story: I wouldn't have a story to tell or a photo to use for future visualizations had I not stepped outside of my comfort zone and stepped up to the plate. Your opportunities won't always be ideal, comfortable, or even easy but they are always yours! ❤️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

SERVICES SPOTLIGHT! 🎀🥳 Private Lessons 🤩⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Private Cheer Lessons are 1-on-1 instruction time with the coach and student. I help my students recognize what areas need improvement and focus on technique and skill advancement as well as confidence boosters and leadership development. As outgoing as cheerleaders may appear to be, a lot of us can actually be shy and may not want an audience when we are trying to grow and improve our skills. Private Cheer Lessons are perfect for and benefit everyone but especially for those students who prefer 1-on-1! I also provide semi-private group lessons for those students who would be more comfortable bringing a friend! ❤️ All cheerleaders must complete a Cheer Evaluation before their first Private lesson ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I cheered on the Panthers for many years 💜💛 but now I am the Head Cheerleading Coach for my very own team: The D4 Jaguars 💛🖤🎀 and I have already went Pinterest Board crazy (well, my mom did lol) in preparation for Cheer Camp and Football Season! 😩 I currently have a roster of 7 cheerleaders who I absolutely can not wait to meet 😍 Registration doesn't end until Aug. 24th though so I might just get lucky with a few more smiling faces on my team! 🥳 Either way it goes, I am stoked about my first official team and can not to wait for this football season! 🏈 FIRST THINGS FIRST, CHEER CAMP! 👏🏾

This was a historic moment for me and I know one day I will be in the same position to bless another young lady just like me. This woman gave me my first opportunity to really get my hands wet with coaching. She literally coached me as I was coaching lol and I love her for it! ❤️ She poured so much love, motivation, and encouragement into me and let me know that I am greatness and can achieve anything and the life of my dreams. I grew so much in ONE day! She also attended and cheered for PVAMU, so we have that special, special connection 💜💛 and when I was chosen out of everyone else on my cheer squad to step up and lead this event and coach her team, I JUMPED!! I stepped out on FAITH and knew that I would regret it if I didn't. And that also confirmed that I AM CHOSEN. Looking back now, I am exactly where she said I would be even though at the time I just couldn't see it. Thank God, I NEVER deterred from my journey. Stepping UP into your purpose and AWAY from your PAST is not only courageous but also necessary to experience real growth and transcendence. Embrace change, take all of your opportunities, and get to work ladies and gents! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The best way to figure out where your cheerleader is, skill and level wise, is to sign them up for a cheer evaluation. These can be conducted as a team, small group, or in private. During the evaluation, I go through a series of activities, exercises, and questions to determine your child's focus, energy, expressions, dance skills, tumbling ability, technique, and motions capability. I can tell you exactly where your child's strengths are and what areas they need to improve in. My cheer evaluations are always fun, light hearted, and beginner friendly! ❤️ Your child will leave feeling confident and excited to embark on their cheerleading journey! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
