At Brain Balance, we know that practicing a growth mindset is important. Periodically, we ask our students to record the positive changes that they see in themselves. We love seeing these self-reflections. This is something the entire family can practice at home right now. According to , practicing a growth mindset boosts self-esteem and confidence, helps curb depression, and lowers stress.
