Butt kicks

Ankle taps(standing hop side 2 side tapping ankle)

Need a workout for today or this weekend?! If you don’t have stairs replace it with a form of cardio of your choice, but don’t stand there and just look pretty!

Friday Workout

Side lift to shoulder press
Tricep Kick backs
Tricep pushups only lifting your upper body
Chest Presses
Side plank Crossovers (tuck arm under and extend all the way up)
Stairs: take 2 up and 1 down
Song: Flower by Moby aka Sally! Squats 😃

Donkey kick
Alt lunges
Dumbbell Swings
Deadlifts
Row/fly
Stairs: calf raises & up the stairs sideways, back down and again going up leading with other leg.
Song: Thunderstruck by AC/DC Chest flys (laying down) while they are sing or music, when you hear the word THUNDER or THUNDERSTRUCK do a double crunch with your weights 😃

* Get 200/100/5 done of the listed exercise done before the hour is up.

Need to get a workout in?! It’s best to stay healthy and active y’all!

Rules: each section has 2 sides exercises on the left & abs on the right. You keep rotating through the 5 exercises or 3 abs in that section for that time frame before moving on to the next.

Exercises: set the timer for 7 minutes and do reps of 10 until the timer goes off.

Abs: set the timer for 3 minutes and do reps of 10 until the timer goes off.
