The Student Loan Crisis - 2012

Average Student Loan Debt Approaches $30,000

“How are we going to pay for college?” Millions of families across America have been agonizing over this question for years. “Will I even have a job when I do graduate from college?” With tuition costs skyrocketing and jobs scarce for college graduates, there hasn’t been a lot of good news for American families lately. Fortunately, that’s all about to change. ITC-L offers a 90 days program that allows our students to graduate with four IT certificates that are in extremely high demand. Currently, the average salary in the US for people who have earned our certifications is $88,000 per year. In addition to a fantastic salary, graduating students also have the luxury of flexibility. Many people don’t know that a lot of IT work is done on a contract basis. This means that students who have earned ITC-L certifications have the option of working on projects at a high hourly rate, without having to commit to a full-time job. This allows our graduates the option of attending a four-year college, do contract work 10 hours per week, and earn roughly $20,000 per year. Another enormous benefit that ITC-L graduates enjoy is job security. The IT industry is woefully understaffed today. This is why we read a plethora of news stories about Fortune 500 companies lobbying congress for more visas for foreign workers. The latest statistics show that the industry is roughly 130,000 people short of filling all of the jobs available. For the person who isn’t sure of what they want to do when they graduate college, ITC-L is a fantastic option. Our graduates have peace of mind knowing that their skills and qualifications pay extremely well, are highly sought after, and the IT jobs they qualify for are almost ubiquitous. For a 12-week investment of time, and less than $10,000, it is possible to gain the ability to pay for college, secure a financial future, and gain flexibility that few people in the US workforce have.

The rapidly rising cost of college, combined with the rapidly declining job market for college students, presents a major concern for families today. We don’t market ourselves as the replacement for a traditional college degree. ITC-L enhances the traditional education experience by providing flexibility, job security, and financial freedom. However, if traditional college isn’t an option for any reason, ITC-L offers a fantastic alternative at a fraction of the cost of traditional four-year colleges. Our graduates enjoy a higher average salary than four-year graduates. Additionally, if they’ve financed our course, they enter the workforce with less than $10,000 of student debt. According to US News & World Report the average student debt in the United States is just under $30,000. When you factor in the 3.5 years our graduates spend working and earning a high salary, while their counterparts are still in school, the ROI is astounding.

In summary, whether you plan to attend college, are currently attending college, or are unemployed even though you have a college degree, ITC-L will greatly enhance your prospects in any scenario. About 70 percent of 2013 graduates left college with an average of $28,400 in debt.
