Outstanding People for Education 2020
During most years AAESA would be honoring the Outstanding People for Education at the Celebration of Learning in May. But 2020 is not most years. The Allegan County School Board Association has decided to cancel the award banquet and ceremony for this year. All the nominees will have a certificate mailed to their homes and they will be recognized at Opening Day in August. In addition, all nominee names will be carried over and considered for an award in the 2020-21 school year.

The water drive for Benton Harbor Schools has been a huge success. On Monday, we delivered 240 cases of water and Tuesday we delivered another full trailer.

Additionally, we have received almost $1,000 in cash donations. This will allow us to purchase two pallets of water and have them delivered directly to Benton Harbor.

Thank you to everyone who donated for your generosity.
