The Winner of the Pumpkin Decorating Contest is the Rainbow Fish, created by Children's House Room 1, 2nd place is the Witch, created by Children's House Room 13; and 3rd place is the Moe Nido, created by Nido Room 12. 🥳
A little bit of the story behind the Rainbow Fish pumpkin's idea:
Ms. Justine, our Children's House Room 1's Assistant Guide mentioned that the Rainbow Fish was her favorite childhood book. The author is from Switzerland, so it was prominent back then when she grew up in France. The story of the rainbow fish is about sharing. Children loved discovering the book and the story; plus, the rainbow fish is so colorful, especially the shiny scales. What they enjoyed the most was having all the children participate at different levels; some pin-punched the scales, others glued them, and others made the mouth. It was indeed a team effort!
Thank you to all the classrooms for creating a fantastic pumpkin for the contest. We are truly amazed by how much creativity and effort you all put into your pumpkin.
