[07/24/14] Great job, Christine! Enjoy and be healthy.
[07/22/14] Is anyone recording their daily steps? To be at your healthiest, the average person should be walking 8-12,000 steps per day. I have reached an average of 7500 for the last 10 months. My husband is in the vicinity of 12,000 daily! Use a simple pedometer. Remember to pump that water. 8-10 -8 oz. glasses /day. Enjoy!
Tons of zucchini! Yes! Summer is in full glory, hope everyone is enjoying it.
Using your favorite zucchini recipe, replace sugar with applesauce, and make cupcakes( half full) to control portions. How are all my healthy friends doing?
[06/22/14] How many of my friends have planted a garden? Get those antioxidants wherever you can!
[05/03/14] Spread the word about staying well!
[05/02/14] Just think! How many "service chickens" we could get!
