Canine Companions for Independence is a non-profit organization that enhances the lives of people with disabilities by providing highly trained assistance dogs at no charge to the recipient.

Come join us as we have gathered some of NYC's top comedians to help raise funds for Canine Companions for Independence. This is sure to be a memorable evening for such a great cause!!
There are 2 ticket options:
- $50pp includes comedy show and full buffet style dinner
- $30pp show only option
There will also be a Chinese auction and 50/50 raffle.

The event promotes inclusion, awareness, and visibility of people with disabilities, and redefine public perception of disability by participating in an annual Disability Pride parade in New York City and to show support and solidarity with people with disabilities.

In response to the recent passing of Henry Viscardi Achievement Awards co-chair Senator Bob Dole, we have made the decision to postpone the virtual Awards ceremony, originally scheduled to take place on December 9, until Thursday, January 27 at 12 p.m. ET. More details to come.

Senator Dole served as co-chair of the Awards Selection Committee from 2013-2021. We are so grateful for his dedication in recognizing the work and contributions of extraordinary leaders and visionaries with disabilities from around the globe.
