Today is the last day to take advantage of our Xmas in July YTT sale!!! If you’d like to join us but prefer a payment plan let us know! We have several options available to make this accessible to everyone. I wanted to share a little bit about some of our teachers for this adventure! Tracie Zamiska is our lead teacher and she has completed a 500HR YTT with Yoga Medicine. Her teaching is heavily based in alignment and anatomy to help bring yoga to everyBODY. Megan Davis, RYT500 & LISW, provides an in-depth trauma sensitive training to help our YTTs prepare for serving everyone that meets them on the mat in a compassionate and mindful way. Lindsay Ridinger, RYT200, brings lots of experience working with beginners. Her knowledge empowers our YTTs so they can meet everyone where they are at in their practice. Tracy Rhinehart, ERYT500, is sharing her deep knowledge and love for the Sutras and Bhagavad Gita. Many, many thanks to everyone who supported our Alzheimer's Association: Greater East Ohio Chapter Longest Day event at Akronym Brewing yesterday! The weather was beautiful and perfect for patio yoga. In total, we raised $403 for Alzheimer's Association via yoga and raffle ticket donations at the event alone, plus an additional $185 in online donations! We appreciate everyone’s participation in our fundraiser to support efforts that stand up to the darkness of Alzheimer’s and honor all those affected.
Thanks again to Akronym for hosting our event during their fun anniversary weekend!

We have moved! You can find us on the 2nd Floor in Summit Artspace!!! One of the many great things about our new location is FREE parking! 🙂 Free parking is available in the lot behind the building off Summit St. Join Tracie THIS Saturday for Myo Clinic at 1pm and check out our weekly classes Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 5:30pm.
