Personal Training Client Spotlight

If mama so proud was a person Austin Davis joined Summer Ready Fitness back in Fall 2020安ith the goal to join our transformation challenge and kick off a healthier lifestyle. Trusting the process, staying dedicated and loving the results, Austin decided to take his health and fitness to continue his journey, take the next step and try personal training for the 1st time October 2021.

With great motivation behind him from the SRF family, Austin teamed up with accountability partner and current client, Melvena Perkins for 4a group training (or as Austin calls it torture) with me every Tuesday & Thursday morning before class.

Austins goal? The graduate with his degree this spring, look good walking across stage and even feel comfortable enough in his own skin to strut shirtless for once this summer 汙汙汙

Well sir, Id say youre well on your way 踢踢 Trusting the process, making some changes, staying dedicated and圯ven through the side eyes he gives me再ust comes to training and class every week with a smile on his face, humor and joy in his heart and ready to work 汙汙

Some ask how I can get up so early every day and do what I do? Its simple, because I love it 歹 Not every day is easy but the drive and passion I have for people and wanting to be a better me, it keeps me going.

Every day, I wake up to put in work/workout, coach and/or teach, go home to work again, be a mom, provider and so much more. Its not always easy but I know its all worth it in the end.

From the 1st class I ever taught at Summer Ready Fitness (thank you Summer Dorsey for thinking of me), to the 1st personal trainer I ever ever had (thanks Rashaud Thedorseys Dorsey for always kicking my a*z), to the 1st personal training client I ever coached (歹 Melvena Perkins), to everyone Ive had the pleasure to meet and work with long the way夷ts all worth it because I love it!

Sometimes you have to decide to stop being a spectator地nd get to work!

I would love to workout every day, but色

My lifes goal is to be a positive impact to others, even if its for the smallest of things. When Im long gone, I want to be remembered for what I did, gave of myself and who I was. I do what I do because I love it and I love people.
