HOT N SOUR SOUP WITH SH*TAKE

If you've never made this before is EXTREMELY easy!

3 cp Water
2 T corn starch mixed with 3 T cold water (mix and add to pot)
1/4 c soy sauce
4 dried SH*TAKE mushrooms broken into soup
2 T Sriracha or Sambal
1T vinegar
1 chopped green onion
1 egg mixed ( add when boiling)
