Hall closing and Summer Break are quickly approaching!

Please note- Check-out will be contact-less this year. If you are checking out during finals week M-F, 9 AM- 5 PM you will check out at the table in Caine with a representative of our office.

If you are checking out after hours, you can place your key envelope and signed waiver in this box located next to the safety office.

All hall closing documents can be found in your on campus mailbox.

DON'T FORGET to read all check-out procedures and fill out the online form by scanning the QR code found on the check-out form.

Reminder that you have a Housing Meeting tonight 8/25 at 9pm

For those who live in residence halls, your meeting will be in your halls with your RA’s.

For those who live in apartments, theme houses or Greek housing, your meeting will be in the Chapel.

🚨We are currently transitioning to a brand new housing system. If you did not fill out your housing application by 5pm on June 21st, you will need to wait until July to fill out your application as the current system is closed.

You will be receiving more information in the next week or two providing you with detailed information for the new housing website and login information via your AC email.

The lottery countdown clock is now live for those returning students that did not receive or select premium housing.

Please log into your housing account to see exactly when the lottery will open for you!

You must fill out the returning student housing application first in order to be considered for the lottery.

Returning students...

Housing applications are due March 12th by 5pm.

Premium placements will be announced on the evening of March 15th.

The lottery will begin on March 18th.

REMINDER:

Mandatory housing meeting tonight at 10pm.

Returning student application and premium housing applications will open at 10pm tonight on the housing website.

You must fill out the returning student application by 5pm on March 12th in order to be considered for a housing placement.

Just a reminder that if you would like to change your meal plan for Spring semester you must stop by the housing office before the first Friday of classes for the spring semester to fill out a meal plan change form.

Campus housing closes this Friday at 5pm. You must vacate campus if you are not approved to stay.
