Exploring Longwood Gardens. As students toured the gardens, they were tasked with considering God's handiwork and the stewardship required of us as God's earthly gardeners. Students read "Why We Garden" by Orthodox author Vigen Guroian and responded to the prompt: "How do gardens restore our senses and awaken our imaginations?" They also added botanical sketches to their sketchbooks in the style of Leonardo da Vinci, which is a quarter-long project.

🎉It's Bash day! 🎉We're so excited to see everyone tonight. We're expecting (willing) the weather to improve during the day! A couple things to keep in mind:
1) Drinks and game tickets will be $1 each, with all proceeds going to NCCS. We expect to be able to accept credit cards, but if you are able to bring cash (small bills! Or donate your change to NCCS!) that would be faster/great.
2) Facepainting has been provided by the PTF so get in line early !
3) Parking - if the NCCS lot is full, overflow parking is on nearby streets or at St. Mary's (cemetery side spots ONLY please).
4) We have seating for eating, but feel free to bring lawn chairs or blankets.
🎉See you this evening!🎉
