The WOW Youth Program aims to connect students to their future careers! Our vision is that all students in West Central Texas will possess employment skills, will be workforce ready, and will make educated decisions on their career pathway.
The WOW Youth Expo is designed to expose, educate, and engage students in the world of work.
Mission: To help build a talent pipeline of future employees throughout the 19-county West Central Texas region.

Summer externship program kickoff is TOMORROW at the Abilene ISD Administration Building. 🎉 We can't wait to host 50 educators for orientation + 30 business partners for the meet & greet social immediately following. What an exciting time for industry, education, & workforce partners around the region!
