Yesterday, Prof. Adipala Ekwamu, Executive Secretary, RUFORUM Network, gave me books he authored for Bishop Stuart University and another pack for Mbarara University of Science and Technology-Official. We also discussed different areas of community engagement and entrepreneurship for BSU.
FRAME 2: On the extreme right, is Ms. Juliet Ochienghs, the Coordinator, Forum for African Women Vice-Chancellors (FAWoVC), housed at Makerere University under the leadership of Prof. Mary Okwakol and the VC of BSU is a member of FAWoVC.
We believe grooming and mentoring females as academic leaders is rather crucial in Africa and beyond. We hope for more projects by RUFORUM at BSU including the Graduate Teaching Assistantship (GTA) Ph.D. training in 2023.
Happy Weekend and stay blessed.
