EVENING [email protected] DEUS K

One day, there was a girl traveling from Mombasa to Nairobi via Bus. When she got half way stop over, she told the driver to stop, that she wants to buy some drinks and snacks. The driver agreed and she went. When she came back, she saw that another person had taken her seat.
She was angry and told the man to come down but the driver insisted that she must not enter the bus again. You can imagine what she felt. She felt so bad just like you who is reading this would feel. She cursed, she regreted and started to question wether God really cares and loves her! Her luggage was carried out and she waited for another bus in a rather helpless manner!

Not up to 5mins later she heard that there was an accident. When she got there, she found out that it was that same bus she was sent out from but what she saw when the bus door was opened made her burst into tears. They found out it was only that man that sat on her seat who died and the woman said in a loud voice, "This was supposed to be me, but oh God you saved my life"!

How many times have we cursed and doubted God's love when bad things happen to us!

Sometimes God uses our enemies for our own good. He teaches us his goodness in the situational school of suffering, pain and regret!
Sometimes the situations we don't want, we hate and curse are God's plans in arrangement to bring us to glory and save our lives! As long as it's not your time, You won't die nomatter the situation.
There is always a reason behind any situation. Always seek God's knowledge to understand every storm before cursing it!
Remember, the dark cloud that the isrealites cursed and mis interpreted to bring disastrous rain is the same cloud that brought them manna as food from heaven!

Life’s disappointments become God’s appointments when you surrender to his will. When you belong to God, He will work in all circumstances for your good. Trusting the Sovereignty of God means trusting his power and trusting his will. It means you know that God knows what’s best, God sees what you don't see, and His will is supreme. Mark 14:36 “Abba, Father,” Jesus cried out, “everything is possible for you. Please take this cup of suffering away from me. Yet I want your will to be done, not mine.”

Be blessed and highly favoured

Fellow Highlanders and well wishers, we are so immensely grateful for God’s grace, your prayers are bringing real change and hope, Thank you. Today I am happy to bring to you our Joy and excitement as the news for good performance of our school came in. Special thanks goes to our teachers and management plus the OBS &OGS for the services rendered to each party involved.
With the situation we began re organising the school was so stressing and seemed to be impossible, humanly speaking. But the two times I spoke to these students and the general community showed me the zeal they had for good results and they desperately were yanning for the good results which I believe surely is an answer to prayer!
Thanks once again for the OBS who went there to encourage highland community and those who contributed financially and prayerfully. But the need is greater than the aid we put in. I encourage everyone here to consider giving every coin to support the school.
God has provided a great opportunity for us to pass through this school and it's high time we help others excel and make a difference in the lives of students and mgt staff.
I’m excited for all the Kingdom work being done & the new blessings in store for us. we continue to pray for God's Providence for self sustainability. Blessings.

Glory to God, who is able to do far beyond all that we could ask or imagine by his power at work within us.”

Honourable Members I Salute You

The Lord and the Spirit are one and the same, and the Lord’s Spirit sets us free.” 2 Corinthians 3:17 (CEV)

Take a moment to reflect on this question:

Do you view the Christian life as a set of rules to follow or an avenue to freedom?

Why does truth matter?

Imagine chatting with the Apostle Paul over a good cup of coffee. You ask, “Paul, what drives you to try to reach everyone with the gospel?”

He might say, “To make known the truth that there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus” (1 Timothy 2:5).

His answer is profound, and basic to our beliefs. There aren’t multiple gods, but one. And there’s only one way to God—through Jesus Christ, who said, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” - John 14:6. The essence of truth is the Lord Himself.

Why must we contend for the truth?

Truth frees us. Jesus said,“You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” - John 8:32.Truth guides us. “When He, the [Holy] Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth” - John 16:13.Truth guards us. When we “receive the love of the truth,” we arm ourselves against the insidious power of deception (see 2 Thessalonians 2:10 and Matthew 24:4).

Are you a high school student? You know lying and cheating are art forms. Are you in college? Objective truth is ridiculed on today’s campuses. Are you in business? Too often, truth is abandoned for expediency and financial gain.

Truth matters. God calls on us as believers to know and hold fast to the truth, no matter the cost.

Key Verse

“Buy the truth and do not sell it”

Proverbs 23:23
