MOMO Centre for Talent Development (MOCETAD) was founded on the philosophy that "learning by doing" combined with best industry practices is more valuable than years of theoretical study. The Learning by Doing instructional model allows participants to achieve more in less time than all other skills enhancement models in schools in the world. MOCETAD is also committed to the idea that the developm

My Name is Michael Muhumuza. I hold a PhD in Theatre Arts. By Government’s definition of a scientist, I am far off that category.
However, I make my own soap, (bathing, bar, liquid and detergents). I make my own spices. I innovated a concoction that provides therapy to COVID patients. I also make remedies for a number of other ailments; such that since 1998, when I was diagnosed with hypertension, I have never taken any conventional medicine but depend on my herbal concoctions and depend on other concoctions for other ailments.
On the side of professional deployment, I am an expert in Theatre Designs and Productions Management. I determine heat load on the actors so that it may not stress them beyond their physical capacity. I manage the lighting spectrum, quality and colour; making sure that there is appropriate visibility and also attend to the psychological elements of light to achieve illusion and entertainment . From the sound perspective, I give attention to volume, pitch, reverberations and echo so that there is adequate audibility and clarity. I also attend to the skeletal and muscular systems of the actor so that the action on stage does not hurt the performers.
Am I an Artist or a Scientist?!
My submission is that this thing of scientists and artists has been promoted by pseudo intellectuals and it is not going to take the country to the assumed science based transformation. Government had better look at science from scientific innovators rather than from those who teach or have studied science.
1 Chronicles 29:11: Thine, O Lord, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all.
Deuteronomy 20:4: For the LORD your God is He that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
God bless you and keep you!
In times like this, it is very important to say hi to your friends. I hope you are well. Please keep safe.

A father said to his daughter “You have graduated with honors, here is a car I bought many years ago. It is pretty old now. But before I give it to you, take it to the used car lot downtown and tell them I want to sell it and see how much they offer you for it.”
The daughter went to the used car lot, returned to her father and said, “They offered me $1,000 because the said it looks pretty worn out.”
The father said, now “Take it to the pawn shop.” The daughter went to the pawn shop, returned to her father and said,”The pawn shop offered only $100 because it is an old car.”
The father asked his daughter to go to a car club now and show them the car. The daughter then took the car to the club, returned and told her father,” Some people in the club offered $100,000 for it because “it's an iconic car and sought by many collectors.”
Now the father said this to his daughter, “The right place values you the right way,” If you are not valued, do not be angry, it means you are in the wrong place. Those who know your value are those who appreciate you......Never stay in a place where no one sees your value.
Your Talent can open doors for you, nurture it.
Happy Easter to you all. May the knowledge of the Risen Christ in increase in you

Many people waste a great deal of their life struggling to succeed with things that are not suited to their natural talents and strengths. They also waste a great deal of their life struggling to overcome weaknesses related to areas where they simply do not have the natural talents to do so. If they knew what their natural talents were, they would focus on developing them into strengths and would devote their life to work that is most suited to their natural talents and strengths. Most likely, this would result in a much better use of their time and generally make them happier, more effective, and more successful. Bring your child to us in this Holiday Makers Programme so that we can help the child identify their talents.
Please send holiday makers and vaccists to us for active leisure and talent development programmes. We are offering Guitar, keyboard, singing, dancing, motivational talks, and career guidance. One chooses one instrument and one individual skill. Fee is 300,000/- for the whole holiday, minus the Christmas and the New years break
Mukulike akalulu. I hope you voted for development and community transformation, not politics. Either way, you will bear with that up to the next term.
Dear Ugandans voting for LC1 Chairman is on Tuesday 10th July. One thing to note is that LC 1 is a very influential post in Local Government Administration. So let's vote wisely to ensure the future of our villages!!

We had a wonderful performance of 'The Curse of the Sacred Cow' at The National Theatre on Wednesday and Thursday.
Like the Greek tragedy, the play explores human frailty, folly and suffering. Nyabwangu's hubris is ego, pride and rashness (as her name suggests). This is tragic enough to bring tragedy to the whole family, or, as Karooro would put it, to spell the curse of the sacred cow. Ironically, Mutumo (and others, including Mwamba) seem to be more tragic than Nyabwangu. Whether man is just "but clay" and life itself is vain (for how can one explain the tragic loss of Mwamba?), the play shows the inevitability of human suffering. If one challenges the powers of their existence, the play shows too, tragedy is inevitable. Yet in the very depths of the lake of human suffering, Mary Karooro Okurut's play shows the abiding, selfless love, friendship and loyalty characteristic of the traditional family as seen in the relationship between Mutumo and Mwamba and Mutumo and Ndiinga (Ian Kiyingi Muddu).
We are performing The Curse of the Sacred Cow at the National Theatre on Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st
