This week 3 of our trainers travelled to Uganda to deliver a training as part of the "From Scratch to Success" project.
FSTS is an initiative funding by the Swedish Institute and is a pilot project with Uganda Youth Skills Training Organisation in Kampala. By the end of the week, we will exchange media and film making techniques to youth workers and volunteers so they can expand their ways of working to then help women and girl entrepreneurs.
During the first few days, we have visited UYSTO headquarters, training centres and offices to understand the current reality and UYSTO current resources. We then delivered the first workshops of the training, mainly introducing non-formal methods and alternative inclusive methods to Ugandan youth leaders.
We are excited for the rest of the week!
More updates coming soon. 😁
