Children are a bundle of possibilities. Let's us support orphans and vulnerable children.

04/01/2021

Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. (Isaiah 43:18‭-‬19).

Your ability to recall memories is a blessing in many ways. For instance, if you made a huge investment mistake in the past, recalling that blunder would make you more careful with future financial investments. If you once failed an exam due to negligence of your studies, your memory of that failure would prompt you to study hard when the next exam opportunity comes.

However, our heavenly Father paradoxically instructs us not to remember the past. Why?

The past year was filled with mayhem in many parts of the world. It started on a promising note but gradually slid into a prolonged period of halted activities. A small virus awoke many to the realization of the brevity of life, the importance of family and the necessity of loving one another.

From the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, to countries going into lockdown, massive protests in different countries, and many other happenings, it was indeed a turbulent year.
For many, it was a year of financial losses. For some, it was an opportunity to learn innovative ways to make progress, both in business and in the faith.

Nevertheless, the Lord would not have us consider the things of old. He says, “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth;...”.
We would not be able to see the "new thing" God has in store for us in the new year if we keep reminiscing on the downsides of the previous year. His glorious promise is to “make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert” for His children. How wonderful!

Rest assured, dear child of God. The Lord's promise is ever sure and His faithfulness endures to every generation. As He has promised, so shall He do. Be expectant of greater blessings this year, "for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the Kingdom." (Luke

A life without a Bible is like a stream without water

Isaiah 34:16 “Search from the book of the Lord, and read:
Not one of these shall fail;
Not one shall lack her mate.
For My mouth has commanded it, and His Spirit has gathered them.

No man's education is complete if he does not know the Bible. No believer can live the Christian life to the full without an adequate grasp of the Bible. The Bible being inspired word of God, has divine authority that is both final and timeless. It is the final authority and last court of appeal in all matters pertaining to the Christian life. Read it everyday, meditate on its precepts, desire it more than your necessary food, love it more than gold, keep it continually and obey it explicitly.

DISCOVER BIBLE TRUTH

Ecclesiastes 8:11-12 Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him.

Dear friends I thank God for all the friends who are helping feed these children. They have stood with me in my distress. Be blessed.
There is a serious emergency need of $ 2000 to construct a ventilated improved pit latrine here at the orphanage. The old latrine is temporary, breaking down is now full smelling to much and we are in dangerous hygienic conditions. Friend be channels of compassion. Join with me to do with me,do for one what you wish your for everyone. Good sanitation is critically important to the community. Your giving will have saved these children from dying of cholera and dysentery.
I know some have a lot of bills and big debts to pay but I request to consider this as an important bill to you in Christ as you reach out to those in need with compassion.
No pressure to give and no donation is small at all. All who are willing to give will write here the amount given or I will write and will give a praise report here for accountability and transparency.
You can send your donation to me Kamukama Denis or email [email protected] or through Western Union or money gram.

Love With Compassion
-JOB 6:14-23
Key Verse:
"To him that is afflicted pity should be
shewed from his friend; but he forsaketh
the fear of the Almighty" (Job 6:14).
The Vulgate, a Latin version of the Holy
Bible, aptly captured the attitude of Job's
friend, Eliphaz, when it stated, "Qui tollit ab
amico suo misericordiam, timorem Domini
dereliquit. " This, when interpreted, means,
"He who takes away mercy from his friend,
has cast off the fear of the Lord. " Job, by all
implications, deserved mercy from his
friends when he was afflicted. Unfortunately,
he got the reverse. Eliphaz had, in effect,
despised Job, even when he should have
known that "a friend in need is a friend
indeed. " Job's friends supported one another
in an attempt to smear his reputation. They
felt that he might have committed some sins
to have warranted such affliction upon his
life. Through their approach, they promised
him much sympathy and compassion, which
raised Job's expectations. He later
discovered, through their conduct, that they
were physicians of no value. Job described
his friends as dry streams, which travellers
could not rely on. When his life was good,
they were good friends, but when he had
troubles, they could not help him. Rather,
they maligned him with unkind words and
actions. There are some so-called Christians
who are like Job's friends. Normally, when a
man has troubles, his friends should support
him. Even unbelievers give support to their
friends in hardship. Yet, some brethren use
the opportunity to besmear their fellow
brethren, instead of rendering assistance. We
ought to support one another. The Scripture
says, "Bear ye one another's burdens, and so
fulfil the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2). We
should help people who need our help and
also sympathise with them. You get God's
blessings when you come to the aid of
others.
Thought for the day: Bearing one another's
burden is the highpoint of brotherly love and
kindness.
