Located on Vava'u, Tonga and owned by the LDS Church Saineha High School was founded in 1978. The word is Shinehah, which means the sun or light.

The etymology of the word Saineha is found in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints scriptural lexicon, in The Pearl of Great Price, in Abraham 3:13 and Doctrine & Covenants 117:8.
